Please note, that for Online Grocery Delivery orders, online refund requests are only available for three days after the delivery date.

Freshness matters to us, which is why our associates will only pick the freshest items available and pack your order with care. We’re as conscious about quality as you and we’ll only pick items that we would choose for ourselves.

Due to a wide selection of items available, our freshness policy does vary by item and department. Every item we pick for you will be chosen with the best dates possible and will be delivered to you well within the manufacturer’s recommended expiration date.

To return the goods, you need to do the following within 10 hours after the delivery of the goods:

– enter your personal account on YEStore

– in a chat with the customer care of the store, leave a claim and attach a photo of the product causing the claim.

– within 24 hours after receiving the complaint, the store administration will review your complaint and decide on a refund or accounting for the next purchase.

PLEASE PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION TO THE FOLLOWING: 

Fruits, vegetables, berries and salads as naturally grown foods may have minor natural external and internal defects. Such defects are not grounds for a return.
